Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, though spacious, lacked a kitchenette or fridge, and it wasn't ready on time for my check-in. However, the hotel's service was phenomenal with a friendly and attentive staff. The location, at one end of Michigan Avenue, offered proximity to various landmarks and attractions. The dining experience was incredible, especially in Chicago, but the facilities fell short in some aspects.
I had a mix of emotions about this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and spacious, but had a broken window shade just hanging there. The service was friendly and professional, but lacking in some areas like knowledge of certain policies and seating availability. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the room in the Princess Diana Suite exceeded expectations, yet I encountered a washed blood stain that raised concerns about cleanliness. The dining experience was incredible and set me up for the whole day, even though it would have been nice for the price of the hotel. Overall, there were highs and lows to consider.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Chicago, making it easy to access great shopping and dining options. The rooms, though showing some signs of age, are spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. The service, while trying hard under challenging conditions, could be faster compared to other nearby hotels. The dining experience is decent but falls short when compared to similar caliber hotels. Overall, a good value for the prime location and comfortable accommodations.
The hotel has a superb location, convenient for exploring downtown Chicago. The rooms, while clean, are starting to show signs of wear and tear, but the beds are comfy and quiet. The service was top-notch with friendly staff, although some areas could use improvement. The dining experience was average, with room for enhancement. The facilities overall were adequate.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were more than adequate, full of light, but unfortunately very noisy and hot, with the air conditioning not working properly. The service was very attentive, helpful, and friendly, which made my stay enjoyable, although some complaints were not fully resolved. The location was great, right in the heart of restaurants and shopping, despite some limitations of the building's design. The dining experience was good overall, although a bit pricey. The facilities offered were satisfactory, complementing my stay.
